Hi! I’m Joe Casabona (that’s me on the left). I’ve been an independent contractor since 2002 and have worked on numerous websites and software systems. I have BS in Media and Information Technology with a minor in Computer Science and a MS in Software Engineering, both of which I received from the University of Scranton. I started Manifest Development in 2004 as a way to offer businesses and individuals clean, user-friendly websites and powerful online experiences. Though this is a one man company, I have several affiliates I work with, including other programmers, graphic designers, and photographers.

Who do I work for?

As an independent contractor, I am hired by organizations to complete specific projects. I work both directly with clients who need projects completed, as well as with other agencies who need help with their clients’ projects.

The types of projects I’m hired for vary from organization to organization. I’ve been hired to create part of a website- usually a programming-intensive part; I’ve also been hired to take a design and code it up into a web-friendly format. Further, I’ve been hired to do the entire project, from design to deployment.

Why hire me?

There’s a lot of merit to hiring an independent contractor. I will work directly with you to get your project done. Since there is no chain of command, I can turn things around pretty quickly. I can also take care of everything from design, to coding, to launch; this can cut down on project time and cost!

My goal is to create a memorable online experience for you and your users through creative design, social media consulting, & WordPress development.

However, as a one man show I do have a specific skill set that makes me better suited for certain projects. Hire me if:
